In tech, we’re often very aware of everything we don’t know. This can inspire the idea that we need to be learning constantly, but constant learning is unsustainable. Continuous learning, on the other hand, is a self-directed, iterative process. It’s usually time-blocked with specific goals. That can look like working towards a certification one hour a day, or carving out a few hours on the weekend to build something with a new tool.
